Is this the Scottish version of Elder Scrolls?
As above really. Be careful when first learning to mod though, because it's very easy to mess something up and break your game.
I recommend playing through the original game first, without any mods. It is very good without the mods and should be played the way the devs wanted it to be played... then you can have hours of fun modding it!
