"Wenger complaining is normal because he always does. It's something we know."
This did get a laugh
This did get a laugh

Remember Chelsea fans, cut down the wrist, not across.
For me the way United fans are celebrating this just shows how far the club has fallen this season, if paying over the odds for a player one of their main rivals don't want is such a big deal I'm afraid I missed it. Mata is a good player but 37 million is well over the top and I bet he is on wages to match added to which he doesn't even play in any of the positions Man Utd desperately need to strengthen unless Moyes has him in mind as a centre back!

Mere Ashley Young money.
Could you argue it's over the odds if no other team (PSG/Athletico Madrid/whoever) has been reported as offering that price? If it was a fair price/you weren't pay a premium, why wouldn't other teams be interested?
Reports on Thursday suggested that Salah was on the brink of a move to Stamford Bridge after the Blues had a bid accepted by the Egyptian winger’s club, Basel.
Chelsea even went as far as issuing a statement on their official website declaring they had agreed to sign Salah, subject to a medical and international clearance.
However, in an interview with talkSPORT on Friday morning, Rodgers was quizzed about missing out on signing Salah, to which he hinted that the race to sign the 21-year-old was not over yet.
On Friday afternoon, at his press conference ahead of Chelsea’s FA Cup Fourth Round tie at home to Stoke City on Sunday, Mourinho also revealed the deal wasn’t a foregone conclusion.
The Portuguese manager also admitted that the Blues had not inquired about Salah until it became apparent they were to sell Juan Mata to Manchester Utd — a deal that should be completed imminently.
“Maybe he’s [Rodgers] right, I don’t know what Liverpool bid before us. All I know is we went direct to Basel, they said yes, so we reached an agreement,’ Mourinho is quoted by Metro as saying.
“It was a surprise for us that Juan [Mata] was leaving, we were not prepared to make a bid or to try to bring a player to replace Juan in the squad, so everything happened very fast. We had to work on that and see which options could be good options for us and finally we decided to try for Salah.
“We started from zero because we had no contact with the club [Basel] or the player.
Why ridiculous?
LOL if there was a trophy for complaining the most, Wenger would have that trophy sewn up every single year
Something a friend of mine sent to me earlier today which raised a few laughs from me.
When Chelsea sell their best player, its good business Jose.
When Arsenal sell their best player, Wenger should be sacked.

If Rafa had sold Mata it would've been hilarious
Juan Mata's Manchester United medical held up by Chelsea delay
Juan Mata's £40m transfer to Manchester United from Chelsea has been delayed. His medical may not happen now until the weekend and some work is still required for the deal to be completed.
The delay is at the Chelsea end of the move rather than at United and, though Mata had been expected to have a medical by the close of Friday, this is now in the balance, despite José Mourinho saying the player had travelled to have the examination. Yet both clubs are understood to have no concerns, with United relaxed about what would be a club record deal according to sources at Old Trafford.
