most of the free games are also useless unless you own a vita and ps3 as well.
e.g. 5 games per month; 1 is ps4, 2 are ps3 and 2 are vita
i'm considering buying a vita simply because i have like 30 games now on my PSN account

yeah i check the PSN store on the PC once every couple of weeks just to make sure I've not missed anything.
I purchase anything that comes up as free and checkout.
Somebody had a great idea for people who get annoyed by the DS4 light bar!

Sure we will have a fun ride .... Damn ps3 just took so long to come out in the uk .... Only prob is I have 2 12 month gold that not been used lol
It happens when you put the disc in for the first time as it caches enough to boot the game and then the game installs the rest of the game as you play. Some features like MP might be locked out til its fully installed though - I think it installs patches once you exit the game though...

Wish you didn't have to swap discs. Nice if you only had to authenticate every 48 hours or something for those days off when you try to play a little of everything and are up and down all the time. Steam has made me lazy! 
That's a pretty awesome idea really.
Don't find the system seamless so far - need for speed was unplayable with constant freezing whilst installing still , same with Knack

Not if you have say 2 brothers and 3 ps4's then all you do is buy one copy and share it. Developers would never agree their sales would drop.
Whereas now you can buy digital copy but they are more expensive and only 2 can use it at the same time.
Any of you guys got Thief on pre-order for PS4? I blindly pre-ordered it a while back on Amazon with a load more games, but thinking of cancelling it now as:
1. It doesn't really look like anything new gameplay wise, and very similar to Dishonored (I realise that until the reviews comes out we won't really know)
2. I can get it >£20 cheaper on PC..
