Just had an annoying own goal situation (Not me)

My player took a shot, keeper saved, but it bounced off his hands, and was going in anyway (Just slow)

One of their players just ran and blasted it into the goal just as it was on the line.

LOL.
 
Finally got into this years FM, had a save where I started as Wolves and won League 1 before moving to Raith Rovers for 3-4 years where I got them promoted into the Scottish Premiership and finished 8th the first season then got 3rd in the 2nd season. I've decided to start a new game now after failing to qualify for the Europa League group stages.

I plan on just starting Unemployed with the lowest reputation and seeing how it goes.

Not sure how I feel about this years game as of yet but it seems fun enough.
 
Now the 14.3 patch is out, I've started a new save with Cardiff. It has certainly given me some sympathy for Solskjaer - Cardiff's strikers are rubbish :(
 
I've got Swindon into the Premier League - but it has been hard work getting there. I'm not getting much sponsorship money and I have a small stadium so gate receipts are low. That said, I got them into the Europa League in my first season there, so I've done really well. I've got some absolutely cracking players. One world class potential striker for just £11.5 million. He's probably the best player I've ever had for such a low amount of money. I can't understand why a team would want to get rid, does not compute. It's not as if he is injury prone - and he has already scored 4 goals for me in 8 starts.

Have you reported the issue to SI Games through the bugs section of their forum? Just seen that you have! :D

What do you mean by connection and uploading? Are you not saving to the hard drives of your PC and laptop?
 
I don't use rolling saves as I save all the time.
It looks to be a commonish problem though.

Right then I loaded up my save.
Saved as Take Two.
Played 2 games, saved as Take Three = Crash.

So no matter what I do, saving from April 16th 2024 = Crash.

And I used to use the cloud saving, but for whatever reason it refuses to actually upload properly (Yet every other game is fine, I did some Space Marine at work, and low and behold, when I got home it'd synced fine)
 
How am I meant to get my FM14 fix now!?

I guess I could start my Middlesbrough save to get them back in the premiership.........

Just started again unemployed was getting bored with the top teams. Can't get a job so far with sunday league experience!

edit: niice, PT contract with Larne in 2nd division in Northern Ireland, should be interesting! Promotion asap then find another job I reckon...
