No, all accounts can play on any region. I can log into US or Asia now if I wanted & I've only ever bought Diablo from UK.
It didn't come out long ago so probably not any inactive really.

Seemed to work for me, but when i log into battle net it still shows d3 Standard Edition? will this change when the game is live?

Mine was doing that so i went to cdkeys.com and bought it from there with a 5% discount code from their FB page, cost me less than £20

Patch and the feedback from here has made me re-install D3 and start my first ever HC Char.
Currently level 19 and just defeated SK. I like to explore every part of every dungeon. Haven't had to run from an elite fight yet, although a couple of close calls.
How are people tending to spec their monk in the early game these days? And is there any room in the clan?

Need some advice guys, I've found these rings:
They're pretty good, they were massive improvements over my rares and I'm wondering if there's any point in trying to get Hellfire rings now? I know Hellfires are potentially better but Christ they are hit and miss when creating them.
Also, found these weapons:
Not sure what to do with these, they are very good together IMO but I can't find anything from drops or the AH that come close to them let alone be better without stupid pricing, are there are legendaries or set items that aren't expensive on the AH that people can recommend?
I have my eye on Chantando's set for the absolutely insane attack speed increases they both have as well as 20 arcane restored per critical hit which is also insane, but the problem is they are stupidly priced on the AH, how the hell do people have 500+ mill to even get these things!?
What I'm wondering is, if it's possible to get Chantando's set on 2.0 and whether it's worth grinding for over what I already have.
RoS comes out soonish and it seems a little silly going out of my way to get the best gear at 60 when they'll be useless in 20 days.

Google how to rebuild or replace Window's icon cache, sometimes icons can randomly die and there are processes in Windows that'll sort it out, they're just hidden in a sub menu of a sub menu of a sub menu etc.

Wow I just saw that it has no level requirement
definitely going to get one for new characters, would you say it's best off making a vitality one as that is useful to every class? That way I can stick em both on any character that is at level 1 and power to 60, won't have any barbs running around with int etc. and I really cannot be arsed to farm 6 of each material.Wow I just saw that it has no level requirement
They're unique equipped, so you can only use one at a time. If you're going to use it on more than one character I'd suggest making a vitality one. You can always change that stat to something else once the Mystic is available if you want to.

I bought the full version a few days ago and dinged 60 on a wizard, running torment co-op now and absolutely loving it. I'm still not 100% sure of the quest lines and where to go for certain things though
