Lifesteal was removed because it's impossible to balance. At low damage, life steal is almost nothing so worthless. At high damage, you life steal a ton so are basically invincible.

Life on hit is much for simple to balance as it's effect will be constant.
 
Figured as much. Just hadn't seen any solid facts on it.
Looking forward to farming some legendaries later, found some really fun looking items to go with pet builds :D

Still can't decide on my fave class though... Had great fun as WD last night, but barb/crusader/wizard are all really great too.
 
Got a bit addicted to D3 again, been playing every day for few hours :D

My barbarian has geared up nicely, everyday some upgrades :)

With War Cry and Battle Rage 914k dps :), this makes farming T1 really easy. Haven't tried anything higher yet as I see no point really at the moment.

Some of the gems are a bit crap as I didnt have enough gold for best ones. Will update them in future.

Also need to swap some stats on some new items.

The proc on the Amulet is awesome. They almost do the same DPS as I do. Needs tweaking and improving but I can farm t1 easy enough. Base DPS is around 450-500k

I'ved used about 1000 in total and seen one. I keep trying to roll for a decent set of pants, most of them are dire!

Are you guys spending time trying to raise your resistances? Currently most of mine are at 920.

I've had 6 or 7 from Kadala, probably off around 1000 shards or so, even had a green one (Chantodo's off hand thing), although only 1 of them has been better than I was already using.

On the other hand, I haven't had a single one out of the bounty caches.

I spent about 1200, then I decided to buy some shoulders yesterday. I started clicking fast, to spend hundreds. First set was yellow then second and third were both legendary lol.

I got some Hammer Jammer legs and also some Firewalkers with shards.
 
Playing diablo from the start on master, rolled a monk, its actually incredibly fun, i had only ever played the game on normal mode, atleast now it takes effort to kill things, also i got black mushrooms, what are they for? guessing they are for crafting?
