I'm hoping that was said with tongue firmly in cheek!![]()
All that bothers me is the idiots who ride on the road when there's a cycle path on the side of the road. I see it every single day on the same stretch of narrow country road and it bothers me no end. The cycle path is lovely and smooth as well so there's no reason not to use it IMO.

Totally agree. On my old route to work on a fast stretch of A road, there is a nice cycle path behind a crash barrier however lots always chose to use the road. All that bothers me is the idiots who ride on the road when there's a cycle path on the side of the road. I don't mind cyclists however when they jump lights in front of me, it really gets my back up. They should make some kind of CBT to be able to ride on the roads (I know most cyclists have driving licenses also, but you should know the rules of the road on a bike).
I hate cyclists. They don't even pay road tax so I have right of way, but they don't respect that!!

Hmm, I think you already know that nobody pays road tax because it doesn't exist.
Its like ****ing ground hog day with this subject.
I'm pretty sure it was MooMoo who conceded the point in another thread unless he's forgotten so therefore the above post was trolling.
I don't want to start a war here but we all got to share the road so lets make the best out of that experience! eh?![]()
In fact I bet most of us are guilty of the amber gamble.
North Wales. There's your answerIn north Wales we spend tens of millions developing some of the best cycle routes in Europe (some of which are more direct than the roads). Yet some morons still insist on riding in the road despite the being a better surfaced cycle track feet away because it's "their right", some people just can't be helped. At least the majority of cyclists are more competent (putting yourself and others at risk just because of your ego isn't big or clever).
We don't really have red light jumping round here as like I said the majority do use the cycle tracks it's just the militant types that don't and they use the pavement to bypass traffic lights >.>
The biggest problem with cyclists in this country IMO are blinking LED lights, why these have not been banned I have no idea.
