I'm going to keep the H110 now tbh.

I'm really tempted to take it off and try the Gelid paste, but knowing my luck ill get worse temps if i try again. Should probably just leave it well alone now lol.

either the mount or the cpu ihs,im getting 6c diff on one core

THis is what im getting now. The same as my H100i. Pretty sure its hotter now than it was when i benched previously though.

it seems ok to me for 5ghz/1.4v

I'm open to suggestions. Willing to spend two hours tweaking if needs be, then im done.

Cpu vcore is 1.432v and mem is 1.7v.

idk what to suggest,other than trying to get it to mount evenly on the cpu

EDIT: only other way is to lower your oc/volts to suit

All i can do is loosen one or two of the four screws though. Not sure if that will make any difference at all tbh.

try and count the turns on each screw so they are all the same,if its still odd temps then loosen one side quarter turn and tighten other side quarter turn ect might help

That sounds incredibly tedious, but worth trying. Its going to be a long afternoon.

Looking at this screenshot, what would you suggest? Would this mean the cpu is raised in the middle so all the paste gets pushed to the edges?

Take it out and put a flat edge to it. Do the same with the block too.

Tbh, id leave it as it is, its ibt stable and your never gonna see temps that high in normal use.
