Is it just me that feels this should just be DLC and not a stand alone game? Especially the way EA/Dice have shafted us on BF4 glitches/bugs/being Alpha testers.

It depends on how much content you willing to call Dlc. Does hardline ship with more than 4 maps? More guns and vehicles?
Then sure it deserves it's standalone.

I expect at least some sort of graphics update and more gameplay elements, not just new maps, weapons and vehicles!
