Just treated myself to my very first dslr and looking forward to learning how to use it.

Bought it with the VRII 18-55mm Kit lens, from what i understand though i will probably get the want for other lenses soon!

My last few weeks conversion to Canon... 70D 18-135mm STM kit... Canon 55-250mm STM... Canon 50mm 1.8... Sigma 10-20mm f4-5.6... Meike battery grip... large Tamrac backpack, plus a few filters, cleaning gear etc...

I bought a pair of UV filters. In part due to not wanting to remove them when stacking a CPL because the Hoyas are normal thickness which leads to additional vignette. Also a bit of a fan of the design.

Enjoy! I am so pleased I got the Black Rapid. At London Zoo the other day it meant I could just leave the 70-200 hanging from it for the odd moments where I wanted the 24-70 on without having to put everything away.

Received my cash from MPB for my 100-400mm and my 70-200mm F4L so with any luck, I might have a shiny new Sigma 120-300mm on it's way soon

Forgive the quick phone snap (and the even retro 80s flowery couch), but this is my first DSLR:

Nikon D3200 with 18-55mm VR II kit lens (brought down from the D3300).

Plans for now are to add the Nikon 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 ED VR II lens (want to capture cars/bikes/planes etc), and a prime, probably the Nikon 35mm f/1.8! Oh, and learn Photoshop/Lightroom
