what makes anyone think this will start now? Sure once we bid for Ronaldinho but by refusing to pay the right amount we lost out. Typically though we do not even bid let alone make competative bids.

I didnt see much of him last season but cant be any worse than Rose...

Also keep hearing some news floating about Vorm is also coming? with Gilfi going the other way... Guess thats why he didnt play on Saturday or was pulled at the last minute.

I would be ok with that. I like Friedel as a person etc but he is just to old now. Get him in as a coach/ambasador. job done.

Gylif...hes good but doesnt set the world alight. Shame.

Unless Roontang is leaving then I have no idea why we would pay the amount required to get Cavani. I don't think I particularly want him either for any more than £30m. Falcao is the better striker in my opinion any would cost a similar amount.

If we get Hummels I would be super excited and also surprised.
 
I don't think Dortmund will want to sell any more of their players to Bayern if they can avoid it.

I don't personally believe the Hummels rumours. I think LVG will go for Vermaelen and De Vrij..
 
Hummels is the best of the three but I doubt we will get him and certainly not for the price bandied about.
 
Dortmund don't need the money either. They got a reasonable fee for Gotze last summer. Hummels is also young, a good central defender already, got his best years ahead of him... he's slow but it doesn't harm most defenders who aren't the quickest until their later years. Hummels is also a really good passer and likes bringing out of the defence.

Unless any potential deal is like 20m Euros + Kagawa

I would like to see what Kagawa is like under LvG but he hasn't been that impressive under Ferguson and Moyes which to be honest is not entirely surprising. With a team more set up to retain possession and pass the ball he should flourish like he did at Dortmund. I guess the only thing to say is that Mata is the better player in the AM role and if he could help us get Hummels that would be great. Klopp loves Kagawa as well.
 
I'm not sure Dortmund NEED Kagawa. They're fairly well stocked with Aubameyang, Reus, Blazczkowski and Mkhitaryan. Kagawa would fit in the Reus / Mkh role you'd think.
