Just let them kill each other and leave them alone, if we don't bother them they won't bomb us. If it wasn't for oil I doubt they would be remotely interested in getting involved in this complete cluster **** of a mess.

A little short sighted I think. Leaving them to it means that hard line militia will win and tear apart the living standards for anyone who doesn't dance to their tune. These areas harbour huge oil reserves that are strategic to the US they can't allow the fields to change hands now with contracts perhaps being signed elsewhere. There would be no hope for democracy or a reduction in descrimination. It would be worse than living under saddam.
But we get involved they want to kill us, we don't get involved they hate us. Complete cluster ****.

If we weren't reliant upon russia and the Middle East for gas and oil the world would certainly look different.
The people in the middle East wantito kill us anyway for one reason or another.
It is rubbish like this which creates division and hatred, most people in the Middle East don't even know you exist, let alone wish to kill you.

They do. And even if they don't know it yet. We might not be as high on the list as say the us or russia but we aren't far off. And if it's not for supporting israel, or bombing the middle east, or iraq, or Afghanistan, then it's because we did or didn't support Syria or overthrew ghadaffi or because we aren't muslims.
It doesn't matter what weido or don't do we are already a target.

Bit late when everyone was saying lets get Assad out, lets get Saddam out etc... lets get Gaddafi out.
What did you all expect was going to happen, people in this country were sitting down watching those events on TV and really said nothing, now we have a massive problem, WW3 is knocking at the door now.
The West has destroyed 4 countries in a matter of 10 years, Libya is heading for a ISIS state as we speak, we armed the Rebels in Libya who have passed on the weapons to the ISIS, you just can not make this up.
And now we are going to Arm the Kurds who'll end up using the weapons to push into Turkey, complete utter mess by the US and British.

I don't know, isn't it par for the course for religious leaders in the ME to teach that America and the West is the great evil they must all fight against?
What about all the people in those countries who celebrated 9/11, cheering in the streets and making victory signs. There's plenty of media footage of that going on.
They seem to hate us just fine without ever having dealings with us. Just like the North Koreans, who too are indoctrinated to believe that we are all the enemy.
