FIFA 15

Fairly decent mix but most of the new players coming through are PS4. The people who have been about in the FIFA threads for a couple or more years are split pretty evenly between the consoles I think.
 
My 2p on the trial on XO:

15 felt a lot more responsive than 14 did for me during the trial. Certainly in the menus if felt snappier and didn’t lag in the slightest.

First touch seemed vastly improved imo. Dribbling seemed super effective if you knew how to dribble well that along with some skill moves made getting past defender's quite easy. That said defending seemed bloody difficult and took me awhile to get used to. Had to be more cautious of using the pulling the shirt compared to 14, I think this is a good thing though. Because dribbling is better the high pressure tactic should become a thing of the past and should eliminate the mindless running at players full speed, as one nice little ball roll and boom your around them. I think players with pace and good dribbling will be very desirable especially for attackers.

Kick off glitch still works fine... just saying like :p Over the top through balls seem harder to pull off but still super effective when used on counter attacks. But so they should imo.

Shooting was a bit odd at times as mentioned a few times in this thread. Though that “appears” to be getting fixed...

To me at the moment the game seems vastly improved. I really liked that dribbling seemed much more controllable especially with those players with higher dribbling stat. I certainly notice the difference between using a 80+ dribbler compared to a sub 75.

Will be interesting to see what exploits people find come release. Looking forward to Thursday night (digital copy ftw)

Obviously not the best, wanted Menez for RW but can only get his IF card at the moment. Really don't feel like putting a ton of money in to this this time around.

What an error I pre ordered Fifa UT edition on Amazon and had completely forgot, so I ordered on gamestop aswell. Got both despatch emails one will be going back doh!

He is a special case, he's Brazilian (sought after), he plays in liga BBVA (which is a sought after league due to Messi, Ronaldo, Bale, etc).

He is fast (for a CB) with really good stats.

150K is a rough price he could go for a lot more if he doesn't get another IF, if he gets another IF then it will plummet in price.

So you need to know when to sell (buy low, sell high).
 
If you have a PC just buy it for that. There's no reason to spend £300+ for one game that you'll probably get annoyed at and rage sell.
 
IF Ronaldo in packs for when the game launches, like EA needed a reason to sell more packs at launch :D

He did deserve it though.

IF upgrades look even worse this year.
