Atom,
Many thanks for your reply- I should note I'm really impressed by the level of support you and Gigabyte are providing here
I agree with you entirely there; my problem is simply that I'm getting older now and find that 3K on a 15'' screen is more than my aged eyes can cope with if I'm trying to do work stuff. Predominantly I'm looking for a power-house of a work laptop that I can use day-to-day, but with enough graphical grunt for me to relax to my favorite games when stuck in a hotel room - it's either that or raid the minibar!
I do appreciate this may not be the target market segment for these laptops however
I'm certainly happy to hold fire for a few weeks on making a decision and see what HQ decide. Essentially if the P35X v3-CF2 had the 4860HQ I'd probably be sitting here screaming at you to take my money
(.. although always good to see a few reviews first!)

Lensy.

Shame that you have ruled out the OcUK exclusive sku because as you rightly identify this is a really strong spec for stepping up £200 from the lower spec model.

Also, if I can get the spec you "desire" arranged with HQ before this, and get added to the range, then I will post to let you know. This is very likely we can do.
