Weird games last night. Within about 10mins of starting a round of metro yesterday someone was whining that I was hacking specced reported etc etc. I finished the found 70:54 on the losing team, I think I might have done a bit better than that if I was hacking.

Apologies to XTCFluphyBunny if I gatecrashed the wrong server, I only noticed it was full of DICE devs towards the end :o

@Smartka. Sorry I had to go, too tired, will be up for some games over the weekend though! Tell the other Hazard I missed his invite, didn't see it until after he'd logged out, I wasn't deliberately ignoring!

Oh and watched a bit of that match Joe, you should sack that Chicken bloke, seemed to be a liability ;):p:D

Tony, have you contacted Punkbuster?

What makes this game a total pain is that for anyone to be remotely good, you have to be branded as a 'hacker'. It's the people whining who need to be banned not the players who have skill! Also, unless they're able to produce 'evidence', which people aren't willing to do, they can't prove anything.

Yeah think Tony has been speaking to Sabz who Joe knows, she is something high up in the PB world by all accounts.

People just get butt hurt that some players are better than they are. I do it now and again, I am ok at all the things in BF4 bar jets/helis, so when I meet someone that kills me repeatedly I first think "hacking git" then when I look at it, 99.9% of the time it isn't he has just gotten the better of me.

I had it with a [HEAT] bloke, can't remember his name but a Flood Zone map, he got the better of me 5 times in a row, I said some like "hack more" then I realised I had done the same push from the same point 5 times and he was playing a good position from a decent area with cover, 9/10 a good player will nail you from there. I said sorry and Ucav'd him 5 times to level things up, it all ended amicably in the end. Was just my frustration that let me down, not his ability or hacks.

Sadly people with 20h (example) in the game, don't realise the skills and awareness differences between them and people who have 700,1000,4000h in the game, they just think they can start up the game and bang 40-1 everytime, because the used to play BC2 or BF3 or COD etc

And when they can't instead of thinking, this player knows his stuff, they come out with the age old "hacker, aimbot, reported blah blah blah" - because they can't suck up the pride to realise, they got beaten.
 
I find in a lot of metro rounds, there will be one or 2 people I completely own, and there will be a couple of people who completely own me.

Partly I think it's tactics, but I also wonder whether there is an issue with relative latencies to the server between any pair of players that means I have a massive advantage against some of the players on the server and a massive disadvantage against others.

In general though I find the players that own me are always tough to take down which makes me think it's just that they have good skill and the right counter tactics for my playstyle.
 
Another part must be people taking the time to find the glitches within the maps. For example, the above video with noob face shooting through a stack of metal objects.

Invisible objects, invisible walls the game is full of them. We can always test that one in Lockers out to see if it is an exploit.
 
I found myself falling through a rock on Golmud, essentially hiding me. No idea if my bullets were 'passing through' to the outside though as my aim is terrible when trying to snipe past 300m. Would probably test that with you guys too if you want me to tag along?

I've spoken 2 fairfight Ppl a lot but no pb people as it wasn't a pbban. Also spoken to lead guys of bf4db, ea support, ea support chat. They said I will here before the weekend.

I understand what you guys saying about new game, but Tuesday I'll be playing again. Is there much point in buying another game to be honest? Why would I support their bs anymore?
 
Tbh Tony, i wouldnt buy another copy of the game. Thats only playing into ea's hands. More money for them, heck i bet they actually like hackers. Everytime they ban someone that person will just buy a new copy and create a new account therefore racking up the sales/profits. Regarding hackers, they need to get their own house in order. Battlelog, the only forum were proven cheats can be admins.:rolleyes:

Yeah Friday night gaming, Saturday night gaming, Sunday night gaming, Monday night gaming.

If the do reset your stats brilliant but after them taking this long I don't have any faith in them.

I don't think they will respond today, it's EA they hate talking to customers.
 
Aside from feeling like an absolute retard getting used to the ergonomics of a new mouse the deathadder is the ****.

Only used it for once for the first game of the day but I'm already in love.
