Homeworld & Homeworld 2 HD remakes in the works

Pre-ordered. Can't wait :D The original was fantastic - returning to Kharak after the first hyperspace jump will tug on my emotional side.
 
£22 is better than say ubisofts current pricing of there games. Plus u get 4 games, 2 original and 2 remastered ones, old ones for mods new one for new stuff and updated mods.
 
This is a proper remastering, all new assets, not just a repackaging job. I'm in for the collector's edition. Worth every penny imo, real classics.
 
Been waiting for this since I first heard they were doing this HD remaster. Me daughter pre ordered this for me for Xmas, really looking forwards to playing this again, second ever game I played. Roll on 25th Feb.:)
 
never Pre-ordered a PC game in my life but Im so tempted with this though ;)

Its does look very pretty, looks like they have put real effort it.

As much as I would love to pre-order I think I will wait until some user reviews come in :)
 
Pre-ordered instantly yesterday. This will be amazing and hopefully introduce the current generation of PC games into one of the finest games of all time on any platform.
 
Just had a look at cilp of the start of the "garden of Kadesh" level and my mouth literally dropped open and I started to dribble!:p God, I hope this does get released in February.

It appears to be like for like with newer textures, same aesthetics as the original. Same creepy narrative, deep space chatter, engine trails, same epic scale of the original.

If they were playing for fan service, they've nailed it. The mods should roll like the original too.
