OcUK has being flexing its muscles again with the manufacturers.
Anyone who has bleed on their LG ultra-wide (NOT IPS GLOW), LG have now agreed to support any returns via OcUK and are also updating their own service representatives.
We have finally convinced them its an issue and that customers need to be kept happy, even though the UC97 seems to suffer far less than the UM95 did it is still a potential risk.
But at least OcUK have your back!![]()

Very much this...Really good to hear, is there any way that OcUK could sell a monitor that has already been checked not to have IPS glow.
I just don't want the hassle of buying some kit for nearly £1K only have to pay support "ping/pong".
I would glady pay for that privilidge.
