I left because there were 4 of us in the Tower and I thought you 3 wanted to do it. Sorry lol, I would have helped out if I'd known
Oops sorry chaps, missed the nightfall chatter trying to get my controller plugged in to recharge, so didn't realise my staying in the party was mistaken for wanting to do the nightfall.
Lucky that the controller conked out right after we downed Crota rather than halfway through the fight! Must learn not to ignore low battery warnings in future

Anyone successfully tried sword duty on HM not as a Hunter? Wondering if its worth even trying...

Yeah, it's fine. Just try it. You don't need to be or have a hunter to run the sword. People tend to prefer it because of the invisibility skills.
As long as someone in the team keeps the knights in the towers occupied, you should have no problems.
NPs, you guys had the right idea so tbh you would have got it done anyhow - its just that bit of bad luck/delay that seems to throw an attempt. That Titan bubble for the initial room clearance really is useful...
I guess its one of those additional things to go wrong - may just try it as quite enjoy the role - tempted to use the bubble at the start of the run just to protect me from Crota and the boomers - shouldnt stop me doing a 3+3 pass
Having bad luck with raid gear with my Hunter as the invis strat just makes it far simpler!

Put me down for both.
Do you think I can level up red death from stock to the perk which gives me health within 2 hours. That way it will be very useful for HM crota.
Do you guys fancy running part 1 and 2 of the raid twice? I want to do it on my alt as well.
Anyone up for some CE HM over the weekend? I still have my level 31 Titan to complete it with. He also has the Deathsinger CP, so if people don't really fancy doing the Abyss/Bridge, we can skip that and just do Deathsinger and Crota.
If I can get my Titan upto 31 (Currently 29) then I'll be up for it
Got my Warlock left to do it. I won't be around tonight due to the rugby. Maybe tomorrow if the head isn't too bad, Sunday's fine as well.
How many 32s do we have? Might be scraping the barrel this time lol

I'm keen to get a run in, still have my 32 titan to get through so that's ....... 1 then
I doubt you can get an exotic up that fast unless you have 3 sets of 10 bounties already completed. You don't really need hp regeneration if you're not sword bearing, but you have to play smart, I only got tagged once by an ogre the last time I did Crota so it can be done

The Voidwalker subclass has a health regen perk doesn't it? Either way I'll bring my Red Death just incase. We should have a decent amount of bubble shields anyway

yep voidwalker has life steal to replenish health, my preference is for 7 on Sat and to start from the beginning.
With the amount of titans we could attempt to takedown Crota on the side rather than our usual mid strategy?
