Sexual remarks at work

I think I should state, I'm not offended. As a few of you are getting a little worked up bless ya lol.

I'm simply stating it was awkward and if I had returned the banter in similar fashion. I'd not have received a welcome response I don't think.

I'm curious about complaining because I don't know if it's the right thing or not.

Obviously not going by this lot.

Kind of the latter, I work in IT so banter is most needed. I'm just confused as to why men can't make such remarks in the work place but women can. If they can throw the banter, why can't they take it?

So you want to make a formal complaint about somebody to make a point about something you find unjust in society?

Sounds very nice of you.

Looks like a salad dodger wants a bit, not to bad i guess, best BJ from a fatty as they never know when they going to get another one :D

I am indeed a pretentious arse.

I sometimes work with a middle aged women who knows absolutely no boundaries in terms of what she says - very "raunchy" (nothing physical or bullying), all meant humorously, personally I find it hilarious - though its not that funny but quite a few people seem to find it offensive.

EDIT: But yeah its completely different when a bloke is like that.

Just let it go, and yes, if it was the other way round the bloke would be in a world of trouble.
