oh didn't realise it would boost you 2 levels well done.

you can have a crack at the 34 now if your into self harming. you really need to get your hands on a gjallahorn though IMO for POE, makes things like those wizards so much easier.

Iron Banner Strikes Back

Lord Saladin will be back in the Tower on Tuesday, June 2nd. He knows your PVP heart has been enthralled by the shiny lures of Brother Vance, so he’s bringing some new goodies to win back your love. Boots, Gauntlets, Fusion Rifles, Scout Rifles, and that elusive Etheric Light that you all crave...

They’ll all be in stock if you kick enough ass in Iron Banner to earn the right to do business with him.



Along with the launch of House of Wolves, Update 1.1.0.1 also had some changes in store for Iron Banner. This is the first time they’ll take effect. Here’s a summary of what’s new:
Lower-ranked Guardians on your account will receive a reputation boost to catch up to your higher-ranked Guardian more quickly
Rewards cost less Glimmer - the grind is less real
Etheric Light is available for purchase at Rank 3 and Rank 5
The Gunsmith has inherited Lord Saladin’s weapon reforging service
Power still matters, and it matters a little more as the delta between two players increases
The Cauldron and Pantheon have been added to the playlist, along with Exodus Blue on PlayStation

You won’t need a scorecard for this one. Your reputation is what’s at stake.

Your other characters get a rep buff so they can be ranked up quicker this time round. It's not clear yet how much of a buff that will be yet though.

Me and 2 mates need to do some more Raid stuff as we all need some weapons from them.

So that would be 4 people if 2 others were up for having a real quick run of it at some point



Also, I've never played Iron Banner as it was only on during my time away from the game so I'm looking forward to that. Will probably just play that almost exclusively while it's on to make the most of it.
Will have to team up and destroy everyone

I'd be up for that, fatebringer and hawkmoon are the ones I'm after. Most people start at gorgon chest so I've missed getting fatebringer a few times. Got loads of found verdicts.

I may be on tonight but will definitely be on Saturday, sunday. If you end up making a raid list, stick me on it.

Being on tonight depends on babysitting duties:(
 
Yeah I would be up for a run at VoG & CE. Should be a good laugh.

Also Blitz - if your are putting together a team for the IB next week drop my name down (assuming evenings from say 7PM). Going in as a full fireteam helps massively. I have no interest getting all my characters through it as I am only after the Etheric light this time (mine are all 34/33 anyway so the "buff" will be minimal).

Looking forward to the ToO tonight. Did a couple of rounds of crucible to make sure I am ready and did well enough (2.0 & 1.65 on maps I have only played a couple of times before). I assume being a level 33 hunter shouldn't make a massive difference? If you want me to I am more than happy to run on Pigtails as she is 34 (I use blink on both anyway so they "feel" similar - will miss my golden gun though...).

Just need to clarify what times people can do as there are already a few things arranged.

Trials of osiris - tonight

Level 33 Hunter is fine - I did 2x 8-0 runs when I wasn't as good with Level 33 Hunter. If you're going to win/lose a fight, it's probably going to be 1 sided 90% of the time so I didn't find the level mattered.
Most games were won/lost by big mistakes more than anything. Golden gun is super useful too and can win a round easily on it's own

Likewise, stick my name down for some IB when it rolls around. It's good in a full fireteam, certainly better then running it solo with a bunch of randoms. I needs that Etheric Light!

Edit: just seen above post, it's full 6 man fireteams for IB

The timings look good for me. I can be on earlier tonight if required but will need to check with the Mrs. IB timings look good as well. :)

I'm not sure if I am around tomorrow during the day but I will be on Sunday (or should I say I can be).
