Why did Hamilton's get a penalty and Rosberg not get one? Hamilton clearly just locked up and understeered into Riccy. Complete racing incident.

Rosberg actually just cut across with not enough space = careless.

I don't get the stewards in this sport.

Rosberg didn't cover the inside, Ricciardo was too far away .... until he wasn't.

Anyway, Rosberg has eyes in his head and mirrors to see the other cars around him. No need to chop his nose off. It was a rookie mistake, and it cost him.

It's similar to how Rosberg just drove into Hamilton at Spa last year. He doesn't give much respect to other drivers space. Not saying either was malicious but Rosberg really needs to wake up to that.
