But based on what? OCUK have sold 3 out of the 5 they had on launch day, the market for people who want to buy the smallest possible ITX case is very limited and anywhere out of a tiny case (one that doesn't fit a 980Ti), its is outperformed by a decent margin for less money.

I think people are just struggling to grasp why on earth you think they will sell well.

They is nothing wrong with me saying I think these will sell well. If you find that isn't the case then happy days enjoy your night! We don't all after agree with each other what a boring world that would be.

We moving into small system builds faster than people might think, SteamOS and there systems are going to want to be small as possible its what people would want in a console like system. Perfectly fine if a 980ti fits Great! now people have a choice!

My god these forums can be so hostile at times.

Sorry, I was just trying to help. You seemed to be struggling with why people thought it was odd that you think the Nano will sell well.

Holy pricing batman.

This really isn't going to do well, I just don't see what gap it's filling when cases have already catered for larger cards if people want to go 4k.

For over £500 for a card you are looking at 1440p high fps or 4k, not average 1440p of decent poverty resolution frame rates.

Oh well, better luck next time I guess.
 
I wouldn't mind if AMD was a premium brand of late, but they aren't. Should stick with what they are usually good at 'bang for buck' :)
 
I can understand why most of the green Team goblins are stating that the price is bonkers, I'd agree, it's far to expensive, but at the same time, people will pay it, eg, 980Ti has just as much performance as a Titan X, but people will happily pay the extra for it because of the increased ram be for 4K gaming or because of the E-peen.

I see this as the same, sure, it's not going to sell by the bucket load, but i don't think that was AMD's intention in the first place, for someone looking for cracking performance in a SFF, it fits the bill, not for all, but for some it does and will do.

Heck i'm tempted just because it looks so cute!

Hopefully AMD will drop the prices across the whole range making these cards a much more tempting offer.
