What have you done to your car today?

Snow foamed with Autoglym pressure wash (underneath too)
Washed with Autoglym shampoo using two bucket method
Clayed the worst hit parts
Autosol polished the exhaust tips in and out (that stuff is amazing)
Resin polished 3 times
Waxed with HD wax
Cleaned the doors, some seals and the engine bay with Autoglym engine degreaser (brilliant stuff)
Cleaned the windows with rainx window cleaner in and out.

My hands are dry and cut, but at least the car is ready to get dirty in the storms next week :). Hasn't been this clean in months, probably since before the summer. Mainly wanted to do a thorough clean to make it easier to clean next Saturday afternoon.

In retrospect I should've had a look under there before I thought I could get away with only buying the anti-roll bar :p

Got about 1/3rd of the way there.
No drop links are on.
Other support mount (the short bar) isn't fitted as the bolt wouldn't come out.

Once it's come back to me with the full suspension setup I'm going to get it on the ramp, clean the chassis, grind the rust/corrosion away and seal it all.

Cracking engines in them 55 AMG's!!

Size of a shoe maybe, but the SLK being typical Mercedes actually probably weighs as much if not more than your Mondeo :p

WEIGHT SPECIFICATIONS
UNLADEN WEIGHT 3472 lbs OR 1575 kg

OK point taken.

Still, I wouldn't sniff at 360bhp in my Mondeo :D.

To be honest im not knocking the car anyway i was only pointing out to the great engine comment that it unfortunately isnt actually the same as the unit in the larger 55 AMG cars

Its still a fast car with a cool engine :)

I never understood why they didn't put the 55k engine in it. I know it's still a very quick car, but 500bhp in a car like that would just be incredible.

Experienced 600bhp in one that shape, was absolutely ballistic, mad little car. Was a kleemann tuned example, sounded awesome too.
