*** The Official Playstation 4 (PS4) Thread ***

A quick question, I have just paid for my year long psn subscription but have been given another subscription from a friend do I wait a year or do I apply it now and one carries on from when the other runs out?

Is anyone having trouble logging into the playstation store from the PS4? I bought my PS4 at the weekend, have updated it to latest software 3.0

I can enter my PSN user name and password, it logs into the ps store, but then logs out immediately!

Any suggestions?

Date and time set correctly?

Put disc in, should get progress bar under game icon - as soon as it disappears its installed.

That's only to tell you you can launch the game, it continues installing the remaining data in the background. You'll know when it's finished because the disc will stop being accessed.

The PSTV should not be worse than the VITA as it is basically a screenless VITA.

When selecting remote play what option are you choosing? One will connect directly to the PS4 (through your home network) and one will try to find your PS4 via the internet (allowing remote play outside of the home networks range).

Destiny has an amount of noticeable input lag but the game is playable.

Mine is, and always has been. Wired, wireless, direct... My vita is less laggy than my pstv for remote play

The pstv can only play a handful of vita games too

Ps now has launched in UK with subscription model.

£12.99 a month with a 30 day trial period. Some will find the price appealing others won't. But its looking better then individual rentals IMO.

I think £8.99-£9.99 would be the sweet spot for me.

WTF so they've $=£ it, no real reason to do that on a streaming service

EDIT: Ignore - the US version isn't $12.99
