The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

Not played this in a couple of months but I need to get it finished.

Opened GOG and the game has updated. Now, every time I'm playing, it just crashes to the desktop with no error messages at all. Happened 4 times now in about an hour.

Anyone else been having this issue?

beat the Golem finally, went back to old save and this time was able to pull Kiera through with me. So much easier with her there, was expecting the Nithril to give me so much trouble when I saw it, killed it first time of trying which suprised me after the issues I was having with Golem and Gargoyle lol.

Question guys, what's this symbol mean?

Yes I get ctd more often recently, I suspect a Windows update.

i think it means there is a portal or one of those wall illusions there where you use the lamp i could be wrong though been a while since i last played

Ahhh good timing, already figured it out but thanks anyway. Just twigged when I received the little gadget the witch gave me. Definitely glad I backtracked a little bit

really starting to get into this now. I've had it from release but just couldn't seem to get into it. Lvl 6 now and roaming the lands, it's so damn big. Also, just getting to learn combat properly and mix in some cool attacks with signs which is quite satisfying. Now gotta learn how the hell to craft weapons and armour properly and find a way of making some decent coin. Money seems so hard to come by.

Just run about and find stuff. But do quests to level up and get access to better swords

Loving the spell that knocks enemies over, fighting humans is so easy with it though. Also like rhe qwen where you can hold trigger which puts a sphere around u, when u get hit gives you nice bit of vitality. Think I'm going to focus my magic build around those two signs.

Yea, knocking enemies over and pressing X can be easy. BUT, it only really works on people less than you.

I'm level 6, I've been killing bandits lvl 9 using the knock down stab technique agnes.

Got the Collect 'em All quest done!

I missed a lot of merchants in Novigrad as it turns out (East and North) so 20 minutes scouting around had that quest finished. The completionist in me is very, very happy!

Not sure I'd be so happy with the potential outcome of that now I know what the other ending is!

When I did even more digging into the Lore, I found that I was glad I got the ending I did!

how do you continue with "find out if ciri is in velen?" done the important quests that i can see, skellige + novigrad is done, just this one! do i have to finish some more novigrad quests?

BTW do you use two monitors, mine seems more stable if I only use 1.

Nope, I only use one (1440p). It's only happened once today. Tried playing without my GPU OC but only managed to get an hour in before I had to turn it off.

This game also hates OC's, GPU OC's that is, I had to dial mine back to stock, otherwise CTD without error randomly.
