Dunno what you lot are listening too (bar rehashing the same old arguments) but my wife has a small business and this all sounds fine to me

I think most of the stuff he's done on small business taxation is pretty good; especially compared to the rest. The problem isn't with his little fiddles but with the big picture of his economics.

Middle classes have already been royally shafted with the changes to property income offset and the frankly obscene SDLT rises we have been hit with.

I suppose it completely depends on your circumstances.
Myself. Not really any of this affects me.
Fuel duty is probably my biggest fear. And it's frozen.. And it's not really a fear anyway
 
Having opened my Help to Buy ISA yesterday the lifetime ISA is interesting. Will have to wait on the details though, I wonder if the max bonus will increase from £3,000?
 
So despite the increase in debt-to-GDP, and the uprating of the deficit in the coming years, and the downrating of growth, he's still forecasting a surplus in 2019/20. But to hit this target he needs a £30bn shift between his forecast for 2018/90 and for 2019/20 - where is that going to come from?
