Who else is getting fed up of fat people trying to get the world to revolve around them?

Am I missing something? Are we saying that thin people know what a gram is and fat people don't? At what weight do you stop knowing what a gram is and have to start relying on teaspoons?

Pretty much, also thin and therefore "healthy" people can eat as much sugar as they like.

Hahaha exactly.

It's to do with externalisation of one's locus of control. An obese person, by definition, is never going to be in control of themselves. Therefore they must find any and all means of externalising things.

I see that any form of education can only be regarded as good.

It has been said earlier but if a few individuals take note because they associated more with the tea spoon measurement, then it must be good.

Well no. "Healthy" people can "utilise" sugar better than fat people can.

If they ate as much as they like they'd not be healthy nor thin.

This is the problem.

People think you get more healthier the more you eat of something labelled as healthy, and that you get healthier the less you eat of something that's labelled unhealthy.

It's not how it works. Sugar or anything for that matter cannot be healthy nor unhealthy.

Transfats, neither healthy or unhealthy?
I just said there's no such thing as healthy/unhealthy. Some deep fried crap once a month isn't going to immediately kill you or make you gain 50 kilos, so again, it depends on how much just like anything.

Drink too much water and it's a health hazard.

Breathe too much air and it's also a health hazard.

What about Gay, Bi or Lesbian fats?

I think they're referred to as non binary fats these days.

Anyway the article in the OP doesn't state that the people used in the survey were obese yet they were the ones that said they felt that things should be expressed in ways such as teaspoons.

So I'm not even sure why there is the assumption that fat people want the world to revolve around them.

2 bananas a days good, 20 bananas a day not so good. I remember hearing that eating 7 bananas in one sitting is a harmful amount of potassium, i might have heard it in a pub so its gotta be true.

You are right, that part is a joke.

It's not actually the fat people it's people like David Cameron who are looking to profit from societal issues.

Is it? Because you've also talked about catering for obese people due to this, yet I don't see how this has anything to do with catering for obese people but in fact it's catering for people who just want an easier way to visualise what's going in their mouth and therefore may actually stop them getting obese.

What has Cameron profiting got to do with putting the amount in teaspoons on the label!?

I was referring to sugar taxes there. In the op I said "But why cater for retardation in the first place?" Not cater for obese people.

If one cannot grasp absolute units of mass, and thinks they can grasp a teaspoon full of a random volume of material, then one is pretty retarded.

They should be improving maths lessons, not changing the standards to make it easier for stupid people.
