No it's not.
+1
No it's not.
You're right, I guessedNo it's not.
You're right, I guessed.
It's 4.9% according to my scales with the electrical pulse thingie.

It's not that either.
Just to give you an idea that is into the realms of a competitive bodybuilder around showtime, you do not just accidently under 5% bf.
You're right, I guessed.
It's 4.9% according to my scales with the electrical pulse thingie.

Using scales to measure body fat
Unless you're incredibly ripped or are skin on top of bone there's no way you're that low.
Err. Okay then lets just say under 10%, or under 15%, or whatever arbitrary number makes you feel better.
The point was I was saying I don't have much energy reserves in the form of fat.
Seriously? You think you're giving ME that idea? When I'm the one who's maintaining my own BF?![]()
And my point is you have a lot more than you think as you're no where near as ripped as those scales are telling you.
Don't start banging on about this apparently arbitrary number if you don't want to be called out on it.
Yes but you're maintaining it to a much higher level that you stated which is much easier in comparison.
Called out on it?? What are you on about.
I just guessed my BF to be 6% which is what it was when I last had it caliper-ed which was last week.
Then you said "it's not" when you haven't even seen me. Which prompted me to jump on my fat measuring scales and it turns out to be 4.9%.
Then you deny that the scales work, which is fair enough and I agree they're not exactly precision fat measuring equipment, but they do give a measurement which is relative, even though it may not be an absolute measurement of fat - if you understand relativity it doesn't matter. That is why I said just assume it's "under 10%" for the purposes of the point I was making which was that I don't have much fat reserves.
And then you say "I'm not as ripped as I think I am?" when you cant even see me lmao!!! So don't go whining about my lovely set of scales nor my personal trainer's ability thank you very much, nor my ability to literally look in the mirror and know how ripped I am.
Is that what this thread has been all about? Some willy waving exercise to show your body fat percentage?
...I don't have much fat reserves.
...my personal trainer's ability
....know how ripped I am.
Called out on it?? What are you on about.

I think I prefer clinically obese people...
Ah, now the reason for the thread becomes clear. I'd originally thought it was just being rude, deliberately obtuse and trying being a cool funny guy on the forums.
