Who else is getting fed up of fat people trying to get the world to revolve around them?

No it's not.
You're right, I guessed :o.

It's 4.9% according to my scales with the electrical pulse thingie.

Just to give you an idea that is into the realms of a competitive bodybuilder around showtime, you do not just accidently under 5% bf.

Seriously? You think you're giving ME that idea? When I'm the one who's maintaining my own BF? :D

Using scales to measure body fat :D

Unless you're incredibly ripped or are skin on top of bone there's no way you're that low.

The reason fat people persist in doing what they do is no different to you behaving like a **** and persisting in doing so. Its all about fooling yourself into thinking its all OK to behave a certain way when it isnt. An absence of knowing when to turn it off.

Err. Okay then lets just say under 10%, or under 15%, or whatever arbitrary number makes you feel better.

The point was I was saying I don't have much energy reserves in the form of fat.

And my point is you have a lot more than you think as you're no where near as ripped as those scales are telling you.

Don't start banging on about this apparently arbitrary number if you don't want to be called out on it.

Yes but you're maintaining it to a much higher level that you stated which is much easier in comparison.

Called out on it?? What are you on about.

I just guessed my BF to be 6% which is what it was when I last had it caliper-ed which was last week.

Then you said "it's not" when you haven't even seen me. Which prompted me to jump on my fat measuring scales and it turns out to be 4.9%.

Then you deny that the scales work, which is fair enough and I agree they're not exactly precision fat measuring equipment, but they do give a measurement which is relative, even though it may not be an absolute measurement of fat - if you understand relativity it doesn't matter. That is why I said just assume it's "under 10%" for the purposes of the point I was making which was that I don't have much fat reserves.

And then you say "I'm not as ripped as I think I am?" when you cant even see me lmao!!! So don't go whining about my lovely set of scales nor my personal trainer's ability thank you very much, nor my ability to literally look in the mirror and know how ripped I am.

Is that what this thread has been all about? Some willy waving exercise to show your body fat percentage?

Your BF% was 6% as of this morning in your first post mentioning it not some time in the past or a random guess.

I didn't say anything about how ripped you think you are, I said you're not as ripped as those scales are telling you you are.

No those scales will struggle to even give a relative measurement due to how easy they are skewed by just about everything, I can jump on mine 30 seconds apart and get a wildly different reading.

Who mentioned your PT?

Who's whining about anything?

Of course not. Why would I need to wave my willy to some internet guys who cant even see me when I can simply go out for a 10 mile walk and have a thousand people glance at me?

I had to use myself as an example because tom_e said sugar is simply unhealthy. When in fact anything can be unhealthy if you don't use it right.

There is no such thing as "Healthy" and eating too much of anything you assume is "healthy" will not magically make you healthier.

...I don't have much fat reserves.

...my personal trainer's ability

....know how ripped I am.

Ah, now the reason for the thread becomes clear. I'd originally thought it was just being rude, deliberately obtuse and trying being a cool funny guy on the forums.

I simply used myself as an example of when sugar can be very beneficial and probably even stop you from passing out/dying. I did it because someone blanket stated "sugar is unhealthy" which is absolutely wrong.
