cheers brizzle - I kinda knew them ones to avoid - altho I head accuracy can be useful on some weapons?
How about balanced is that useful for sniper?
Also heard that using skill to get increased damage may be useful for sniper?
Just thinking of PVE for each of the weapons
I know brutal deadly fierce are highly recommended... just wondering on discussion on pro and cons for each weapon type for PVE
Accurate can be very useful in weapons like M1A, where landing consistent headshot is more important than anything.
W/ accurate you could be landing 1.5HS/s, and w/o accurate you could be landing 1HS/s, that is a massive difference.
Many people ignore the accurate stat and only look at the damage talents, however it is very imp to know that accuracy also determines your maximum reticule bloom. In weapons like g36c, i often find added accuracy to minimize the reticule bloom very helpful since I can control the recoil already.
However, in the m1a if you have capable you woulf not need accuracte, but if you dun have either you should stack on it, and you will notice the difference.
Also talents like responsive is very useful in weapons where the optimal range is around 10m, like SMG, AR and shotty. Fierce is a good talent but the dps increase is entitely dependent on your existing crit damage. A lot of people look at crit chance and crit damage separately, but the realistic output is the product of them. I really think people should be looking at them as a product now.
For M1A, I would look for brutal, deadly capable. I'm using one and I'm melting bosses in mid range.
For shotty, I would looking for brutal deadly resppnsive
For AR, brutal deadly resppnsive
For SMG, brutal deadly responsive (or self preserved if you have a Mp7 204)
For LMG, brutal deadly fierce
Talents like Ferocious is good, but if you have resppnsive then its far better tham ferocious. Stay away from Prepared on MR, simply because at the optimal range (where ypu can use a MR to stack HS), its below 40m.
