Well I haven't really got much game time on it so far but a GPU-Z log from when I ran a couple of benches on it show the core speed hitting 2012Mhz and then falling back to 1974, temps never got higher than 67 . The card feels solid as hell and I can't hear it over my case fans under load, but then I do have an Antec 1200 which is something of a beast.
Probably worth noting it is a 2.5 slot card, I'm unlikely to ever try it but I imagine that could make SLI a real pain.
I'm really happy with it so far, it looks & feels like a premium product and performs as you would expect, no idea what Inno3D's warranty looks. I basically sorted the 1070's by price and chose the fastest cheapest one with a 2 year warranty
