Both cars are tucked up for winter now after a good clean, but took a couple of photos the other weekend. Still love the interiors of both cars when they're cleaned up:

The tree pics look like Greenwich Park. I think the diner is in docklands.

Yup- it's Greenwich Park and Trinity Quay Wharf. I don't drive much day to day- so use my gf's Mini during the winter if I need a car.

Did a bit of off roading in my cousins' RS6 and we thought we'd clean it up before he got back as a thank you for letting us average 2MPG in it

I'm not claiming to be a photographic expert or a pro valeter(?) but it scrubs up nice either way; before:

All those photos and not a single one actually shows the car properly.

When will the fad of taking ridiculously arty photos just go away so we can all enjoy looking at cars again?

For my first ever attempt at light-painting a car I'm pretty pleased! A lot of room for improvement though..

Anyone else got any experience of doing this? Hints and tips welcome.

The more I look at it, the more misaligned it looks! Strange though as this is the first time I've noticed it. It may be down to the lighting though.

Its not just that, the colour match is off.

Things like that are accentuated by that style of photography though, I'd wager you'd never be able to tell in person. It looks stunning. Don't think I've ever seen a red one!

It's definitely the original paint on the door, the front wings have been repainted a couple of years ago and I can see it on a bright day compared to the bonnet. But that's being picky, I can't even tell in this image. It's got to be an alignment thing. The bump-strip shows it too..

The door definitely looks a slightly lighter shade of red than the front wing and the rear quarter to me. But no matter. Still got the E30?
