The notification bar?

I had to set the theme (under the phone's Settings menu) to Material Dark - this gave me a dark notification panel (and quite a few other sections of the UI) and fits in nicely with Nova.

As above, use a dark theme.

The theme also changes the look of messaging, dialer etc. I preferred the stock and removed the theme.
 
My home button sometimes takes more than one press. I have it mapped to the Apps drawer so it's used more than it usually would. Maybe this is why I notice the issue more.

There could be a background process also mapped to the button which causes a delay. Once the button responds and the apps drawer opens it works on every press.

Mine does it too - it's not mapped differently on mine but I have noticed it takes two presses on occasion.

I noticed a bit of a delay when it did finally come to life and saw the screen dim, I think it might be down to the auto brightness setting. I've set the brightness manually and it doesn't seem to be happening since - though it's still early days.

Thanks, disabled auto and will let you know if of makes a difference.

Flashed the nougat ROM and the UHQ upscaler is greyed out. I'm using wired IEMs, all other sound effects wirk OK. Never tested the sound settings before so not sure if setting worked before.
 
New iteration of the beta just announced via the Members app. Downloading a 300mb update now.

EDIT: FFS why does everyone have to come running here to post as quickly as possible when something is announced grrrrr!
 
think may of lost VoLTE after the update on EE

anyone else confirm? normally get it at work but not after the update, or could be EE doing some tweaks on local area

Wifi Calling still works

EDIT: have sent feedback to Samsung

I've been getting the WiFI disconnects they mention in the unresolved issues at work but not at home.

Used to get it with the 6P too, but not on the S7E on 6.0. Weird and random and annoying.
 
A welcome update, the button layout options and shade change is really nice. Even closer to stock than before now. I like where this is heading.

I also like the stock colour scheme now with the background change being more pleasing.
 
Just got an S7 coming from three with 12GB data works out to £33 a month, free phone. Not too bad... I know the Voda deal is being flown around but it is with 6GB data and I am quite data hungry....should last me the next 2 years - Phone is just for business purposes, email etc... I have a iPhone 6S Plus for personal
