Night Owls

I just got myself another drink of Ciroc grapefruit with pink lemonade, interesting taste I must say. I normally don't drink on my own without an occasion.

I don't sleep often these days (psychosis) but I was expecting to sleep tonight after taking a zopiclone.......nightmare.
 
I used to get some pretty good sleep, but for the past few months I've been waking up after a couple of hours. There are odd times where I'll get back to sleep, not happening as much as I'd like though.

My sleeping pattern is all over the shop lately. Been having a few late nights up working followed by some early ones and not really sure where I stand now. Couldn't sleep until 2.30am last night and was knackered at work today.

Bit of reading and note making to do before I go to sleep tonight but still not got round to it. Anyone else up late tonight?
 
Well I've gone from bed between 21:30 and 22:00 and up at 05:30 to bed whenever I feel like it and up when I wake up.
 
I don't sleep much at the moment as my mind is broken, it's not uncommon to go 3 days without any sleep.....it's as awful as it sounds.
