You had one Job Jonathan from DPD!

I always put my mobile number as address line 2, never had a problem with DPD, they've always been perfect.

DHL on the other hand..

What was the point in Jonathan driving all the way to your house to not do the last little bit and ring the doorbell? Surely he realises he's only going to have to come back later which will take much more time than it would have taken him to get out and give you your parcel??

That's because they're intrinsically linked. Lots of people choose where to shop online on the basis of the delivery service they will receive.

Exactly! When ordering online, the key part of the service is that it is delivered quickly and efficiency.

I know which online retailers I like to buy from and which I don't. Most of the time it's nothing to do with how good their helplines are or returns policy, etc. It's how fast and easily I'll receive what I order.

Think about ebay feedback, the majority of feedback reflects on the quality of the delivery, not the actual ebay seller.

From my experience, DPD are very good, one of the best. If this had been Hermes I would have just fobbed it off as yet another bad customer service from Hermes story but with it being DPD it caught my eye.

I do love DPD don't get me wrong haha but lately they have been pants in Ipswich.

I love their tracking service and generally love their service overall.

He came this morning.

I had to run across the road before he drove away though.

:rolleyes::D

The Man Behind The Blinds.

And 15 minutes later it's now delivered. I get he was on a route but surely it would have been easier to do the drop when he was going past the first time.

If its a scheduled time then they cant drop off early. I was waiting in one time for delivery which it said online he would be here between 2.15 and 2.45 but I desperately needed to nip out quickly for something.

Driving out of the village I met the delivery van dropping off elsewhere and asked him if i could have my parcel and he said no, not for another 9 minutes. He even didnt have another drop before my house and he said he would have to sit and wait until the start time before dropping off as delivering early was as bad as been late and would be mark against him. :(

one of our delivery guys delivers early and peels the label off to scan later :D he's cool

Chris my DPD driver ignored my instructions to leave my parcel in my porch yesterday and then had the gaul to leave it with a neighbour I didn't specify, me and Chris shall be having words the next time I catch the little scallywag.

Agggh DPD - Lee in Hertfordshire.
He forged my signature for a parcel once....obviously a scribble...nothing like my actual signature....where would i stand on this? Is this not fraudulant behaviour.

Ive yet to catch up with the egg head that is Lee.

He had the audacity once to say to my fiance...."oh your in"....like we shouldnt have jobs and should wait in all day for you........Lee.

Im counting down the days until i meet Lee and i have to sign for something....then il utter the words...."I dont need to sign for this Lee...i believe you know my signature Lee...." Then lets see his red egg head.

I hate Couriers...having a mare with 3 of my last 6 deliveries through Myhermes not being delivered when the couriers checked out...delivered.

Best one being a large tube thats somehow managed to fit through a tiny letterbox.
These couriers and their miracles!

today i have maciek delivering my ocuk build. i needed it for fri july 28th. today is obviously sun july 30th. there was a mix up when i refunded the fast build and the original sunday delivery. i've now waited 11 days AND and extra six hours as even though maciek is literally within 5km of my house i'm drop number FORTY SEVEN!!!!!! yes 47th drop. he's at drop 18 right now and i'm just sat here. i booked today off work thus wasting a holiday day. i usually finish at 2pm so what a waste of time.

i feel like this is all my fault for not confirming the shipping and delivery dates. but i'm just annoyed now at being probably the last drop. what are the chances.
