or even Audrey Hepburn, she was really pretty, but she clearly shaped her brows - still they're a far cry from what happens today.
Sophia Loren, Grace Kelly, Monica Bellucci, Linda Evangelista - all good examples of what looks very good.

This is why to this day I still read this forum, this thread/comments crack me up
I was in Barcelona the other week, walking around. I was taken by how pretty many of the local women are, how nicely they seem to dress, how unmaid up they are. I noticed one girl, she stood out as she had the aforementioned eye bugs and 10 feet of makeup on. As I got closer I realised she was an English girl. I'm pretty much 50 so an old geezer but there is a fashion for the west coast porn star look (I've never seen porn obviously...) amongst girls on a night out in the UK that I don't see in many places in Europe. Classless, that's the word.

+1 for Spanish women. Always amazed at how naturally pretty so many of them are whenever I go over there (actually it's quite common in many European countries). Can't stand the now-common porn star look with a bucket of foundation.
I know a few girls that are naturally stunning but still insist on going out with a mask on.

Lies! Years ago, what was it I heard on the radio one afternoon as they were discussing Eastenders or Coronation Street about lots of people laying flowers or the death of a scene from one episode? Yet nothing was real. They came out in droves.
And even that is debatable.
