What have you done to your car today?

Had some Groaning from the rear after changing the suspension.
I thought it may be that fact i greased the Whiteline bushes on the roll bar when they are "greaseless bushes".

Had some spare so cleaned everything up and fit new ones.

Seems ok now.. but only pulled onto road then back onto drive :/

Gave it a clean and put my new mudguards on

I've been having boost issues lately, get to around 3K RPM and then I could hear a loud whoosh and the car struggled to rev. Guessing it's the actuator/wastegate sticking as it's happened a couple of times before but has resolved itself, also seemed to come about after a heavy rain.
Took the opportunity to fit the pro alloy intake I've had for 18 months, could have sworn I ordered a satin black but it was so long ago... With the intake off I had an opportunity to manually move the actuator and spray some maintenance spray on there.
Quick blast after putting everything back and the car is back to normal. Actuator rod looked a little rusty so I might take it out and clean it up, have now taking to covering the boot vent above the actuator after cooling down from use.

Check out dat bling, yo! Just ignore the fact that all other bolts are rusty...

The GT4 currently has a 3" downpipe and front pipe but is still connected to the OEM exhaust system which is 2.5" at best. Managed to score myself a Fujitsubo Legalis R 3" straight through system for a good price. Although it was in quite a state externally. Nothing a bit of elbow grease cannot sort. Just got the second section to do now!

When bought.

Hopefully get it on the car tomorrow.

Serviced my Airport car, so oil, filter, cabin filter, air filter, fuel filter and coolant. Would have done the rear shocks too, except when I opened the box, only one shock was sent. Boooooooooo. Straight on the phone, computer system was down initially, when I eventually managed to speak to someone about it, some excuse about there only having been 2 in stock when I ordered, one was broken, so they sent one, while waiting on the other.

Except the order went in on the 7th, and wasn't dispatched until the 12th. I was offshore, so it's now the 31st, and they didn't bother telling me about what had happened until I phoned today.

Original aerial hole blanked, primed and flatted rear quarters and sills, then coated the sills in stonechip as it left the factory.

Paint tomorrow then build it back up on Friday

Not tempted to change the colour since you are going to so much effort? Nothing wrong with the bronzey colour mind. I like it. :)

Properly nice job that :) is it going the same colour?

Keeping the original Colour. I ummed and arred about a colour change for a while but I wouldn't be happy with it unless we did the engine bay plus removed the interior etc. Bumpers, door, wings and bonnet are all removal so they'll be painted in stages through the summer. Next on the list is dropping the sub frame and replacing the front chassis legs

I... changed the intercooler for a 3" core one.

It needs a little work on the Inlet side as there is some welding blobs and excess metal impeding the air flow, Dremel and some sanding disks will sort that.
Far bigger core vs stock though
