That's looking pretty damn good. I need to attempt similar on mine - that also sits quite low and with 30k+ a year mine is absolutely peppered in stone chips so I can't bring myself to pay for a full respray on it. I doubt I'll get it looking that good, but just a little less crap would be good.
On the subject of mine, I fixed the handbrake light issue I mentioned earlier in the thread so other than the hassle of taking the whole armrest area to bits it was a simple case of soldering the wire back in.
However my stop/start warning icon is still appearing. It doesn't come on when I first start the car, but only after I've driven for a while and when I first come to a stop. The last 2 days I've done a total of four 61 mile trips and on all 4 of them the warning light has only appeared at 57 miles into the journey, once I get off the motorway and sit at my first roundabout.
The car always starts perfectly every time, even if it's been left alone for a couple of days. However I thought I'd check the battery out with a multimeter and I'm seeing 12.25v when the car is idle. That's a tad low as I think 12.4-12.6v is meant to be the ideal range, but would being 12.25v be low enough to cause stop/start warnings? Just want to be sure that battery is on its way to being completely knackered before I splash out £200+ on a new battery (stupid AGM batteries) and getting it coded to the car.
Edit: From a quick bit of searching I'm under the impression that 12.25v does indeed mean it's knackered and that I should probably get it sorted soon. Every journey I do in that car is a longish motorway blast and at the moment I'm averaging 600 miles a week so it's not that low because it's not been used much or that it's being used for short journeys
