London Bridge Incident

Nothing about the driver at the moment either except that it was male.
BBC reporter said the van was "probably travelling at about 50 miles an hour".
 
Sad news. Hope it's just an unlucky accident. Twitter "eyewitness" reports are useless though. Seen it been said it's a car and a van and stabbing and people being shot. Usual mess of mixed up news :(

It would make a difference. We don't need **** like this in our society. A piece of rope is cheap and can be used many, many times so very cost effective, unlike sticking them in prison for life.

That goes for peodo's etc as well.

Make it public, charge an enterance fee. I'm sure there's plenty of people (me being one of them) would gladly pay to see them hang, I don't mind pulling the handle either given the chance.:cool:

yay, another night of microanalysing and jumping to conclusions over sketchy news reports and people on twitter.

is this the level we've got to someone sneezes and the media goes haywire
 
If this is what most people suspect, it is getting harder and harder to argue that we are not being too lenient on those supected of harbouring anti UK feelings.
 
Twitter is becoming a victim of it's own news reporting success nowadays. Far too many folk turn to it for the latest and get bogged down by retweets of retweets which turns into mis-reported news.

Sky news are talking to people who were near the bridge. Currently an ex soldier who is confirming gun fire before the police arrived.
 
Girlfriends friend was on the bridge as it happened! She said the van ran people over, she of course ran and she's okay other than the shock but from what she saw the guy/guys jumped out and started stabbing people. - she's not 100% sure on that of course as she was running away..

She said police started firing etc
