It would make a difference. We don't need **** like this in our society. A piece of rope is cheap and can be used many, many times so very cost effective, unlike sticking them in prison for life.

That goes for peodo's etc as well.

Make it public, charge an enterance fee. I'm sure there's plenty of people (me being one of them) would gladly pay to see them hang, I don't mind pulling the handle either given the chance.

Girlfriends friend was on the bridge as it happened! She said the van ran people over, she of course ran and she's okay other than the shock but from what she saw the guy/guys jumped out and started stabbing people. - she's not 100% sure on that of course as she was running away..
