Should be interesting seeing his results then.

If Vega can boost min fps over nvidia this will be a win win. High band cache might possibly be the RX Vega killer feature.

It might also be the reason people seen less stuttering on the first public event side by side.

Not long left now... An sure you excited

I'm intrigued to see this with Quake Champions. After all, the AMD branding is all over the intro of the game.

Big leek right here :p

:D

Where are all the leak's, any other big launch we normally know all about it by now?!

I posted a massive leak a while back

I've always liked it a lot.

Just looks like a RX 480 shroud over the Frontier Edition essentially. Either way it'll always depend on AIB versions.

As long as it has sonething better in terms of cooling than reference Polaris did under the shroud. Polaris reference looked like they just hacksawed a bunch of old Athlon x2 coolers down to size and wedged in a copper slug.

It'll most likely have the same vapor chamber as the Frontier Edition.

those Firestrike 1.1 benches look mediocre to say the least. So going by that, my 390 crossfire is faster.....well in benchmarks when they both get used anyway.

That may be a disappointing thought but if we're looking at 1080 performance in games isn't it still worth the upgrade? I'd of thought so, It's all about the price now..

Wow at those firestrike benches. Only a bit faster than a Furyx then. If a furyx just only had a node shrink id expect it around this sorta area. But what about all these optimisations to help with certain bottlenecks Furyx had or GCN. Shaders for example reworked totally now called NCU. If those firestrike results are to be true i am disappointed. Did AMD lie to us about the amount of work they put into Vega? The most architectural improvements since GCN was introduced apparently. Pfftt where? Cmon AMD please tell me it's purely drivers hampering performance and on release day those drivers you worked so hard on are being kept in house and you release them with all features enabled and better optimisations. It's the only saving grace i can see.
