I love the aiming in BOTW with it, I was seriously impressed by how sharp and accurate it is. I always aim with just the motion controls.
Me too, but as it's single player it's not as important as in Splatoon.

Am i doing something wrong in splatoon 2.....
every time there is someone with a roller and i have one too... I die..... they dont use the hit move... they just run me over with it... i do the same... but i die.
Are they doing something different to me?

ok just got rank 10... and tried ranked mode, its currently on splat zone

I'm not quite at ranked yet but enjoying it so far. Level 8 at the moment. Get some good teams, some bad but on the whole it's good fun. I hope ranked focuses it a bit more. Also maybe makes match making a bit more fair. Get matched against loads of like level 25's at the moment.

Ranked is a lot better than turf war, it's all I play.

Nice ok looking forward to that. Not seen or tried salmon run yet. I understand it's locked to certain times but where is that found in game?
You can press X to access everything except Murch and the Salmon run rewards without needing to run around the main plaza.
It's the Grizzco option in that menu for the event, and at the back-left of the plaza to claim the rewards.
Tried splat zones and it took me from C- straight to B- which was a nice surprise. Games were a lot more fun here. Very tight and everyone playing the objectives (mostly). Too many snipers hanging back at times but I suppose a decent sniper can be really useful. 3 of them though is tough to take if I am the only one trying to cap. Anyway still huge fun all round.

So salmon run is greyed out, how do we tell when it's next open?

Ah I see it now. How do you all feel about locking this to certain times? I really want to try it, weird. Unless it's to limit how long it takes to earn rewards
It's a good idea. If they didn't do it no one would try the PvP modes.
It's online for 24 hours in any given 48 hour period so everyone has plenty of chances to have a few games a week.

That's ok then I think it's fine tbh, I don't tend to play too many horde modes so gives an incentive to try it when you can as a change of pace.
Been using it solely docked and just went handheld after playing for about an hour. Thing is really warm :/ the screen itself felt pretty got too. Wonder if the dock sick could be having a negative impact on it's temp

Mine gets pretty warm as well and I don't have the sock , think it's bound to get warm to be honest , but I'm not worried they'll be designed to run at hot temps , just look at gpu's in your computer they can quite happily run at 70 degrees , although you wouldn't want to hold it in your hand
