Abysmal to say the least. At least now we know what the big push being freesync was in the demos. And no availability til an unspecified time in September? Just laughably bad to say the least.

Radeon technologies group, giving you last years performance today. :(
Yeah. Very sad. They cannot even bring 12+ month performance today and they want $600-700? Having a laugh. Nearly as bad as Nvidia they are becoming. At least when nvidia milk us we get good performance cards a year earlier....

Just hope a miracle happens and drivers somehow improve performance or prices are cheaper otherwise it will be epic fail.

that slide shows minimum frames. It shows that the minimum frames of rx vega are within the range of freesync 40-60hz. Its hardly definitive regarding vega performance. Im surprised that more slides havent come out yet.

Ok I am having some doubts regarding the slides, this one just doesn't ring right (30mm fan really ? Solid "metal" ? 240 grit ?? ) :

And they are saying that SEP, means single exit price, but "single exit price" has a very specific meaning if you google it, and nothing to do with this context
This is AMD Marketing we are talking about, if the slides make no sense, then they are likely real.

it just gets worse for AMD

apparently all the tests AMD did were the liquid edition against the a stock 1080 and they were roughly equal.

Was hoping the higher clock liquid card was closer performance to the 1080ti and they want almost £700 for it? AMD what are you smoking.

I don't understand why AMD even bothered releasing these cards, why waste resource on production. demand is so high for Polaris why not just ramp up
production with this and move onto navi.

So the 56 price isnt competitive either, I guess the bundle thing is their try at giving people an acceptable deal. I'm thinking thats USA only, which freesync monitors would that include; not all of them. Obviously all these special features didnt work out in costs, so this is kinda like how Fury went ? Unbiased reviews never been more needed

Nothing to do with Vega but its the same conference and they briefly show some clever new graphic effects forthcoming

And only couple of months ago they said launch at SIGGRAPH. Now it has been pushed back more to September. I would not even mind if price for performance was any good...
