If that is just the cost of the data connection then they are having a laugh.
Hahahahahahahahahaha.

If EE want £25/month to share an existing data connection, they can go swivel. The announcement yesterday made a point of saying that it's going to be the same number so surely that sort of charge can't be just to add a watch to an existing connection.

EE got the market by the balls, they know people will pay it.

And just think, that's the starting point, it's only ever going upwards.

I went from paying $0 a month to share my data with the iPad with Vodafone (AU) and come to the UK and they all want money to do it. Balls to that. Needless to say my iPad is now used as a WiFi only one, I tether it or just swap my SIM into it if I don't have WiFi where I'm using it...

I was hoping I'd be able to use the new watch as my call/text receiver and have it hand off to an iPod touch, but seems you won't be able to do that. Meh. The Speedmaster lives on.

hmmm, the watch thing is handy would love to be able to leave my phone in places and just take a watch with me... but not paying through the nose for it

Sooo... was expecting Series 2 to still be around but looks like they've completely pulled it. No cheap deal then :(

Looking at getting the Series 3 non-cellular 38mm - I think I'm going to go in store to make sure it's the right size, but I do have tiny wrists :p

1 hour battery life on the celluar models (when making a call). For that reason, I'll be going non-cellular.

That's just made me change my vote but I'd like to know what battery life will be like while streaming music before I make a final decision.

Yeah, the only reason I'd consider a cellular would be if it didn't cost per month and I could turn off the chip for better battery life.

I'd imagine streaming music will kill the battery too, so I wouldn't hold out hope :(

Any watch owners also have luxury watches as well?

What do you wear and when?

I currently have a small fitbit that I use on my right wrist and Bremont on my left, not really prepared to do that with the watch though.

It would mean wearing my Bremont less in the week, which means less marks and chance of damage, but I enjoy wearing a nice watch.

I mix and match my Space Black with my Omega.

Omega for dinners, special occasions and a couple of days a week for work.

So will the cellular watch be EE only permanently or will it roll out to other networks?

I’m stuck with three for a while so that sucks
