*** Nintendo Switch ***

Whats is everybody top 5 indie games? I own sonic mania and shovel knight looking from some more, I have added golf story, axiom verge and blaster master zero to my wish list.

Stardew Valley is an obvious one, Overcooked is awesome fun with friends, Human Resource Machine is a cool puzzler, Steamworld Dig 2 & Steamworld Heist would round out my list of 5 although there are plenty more I'd add.

Golf Story is alright, not as good as some make it out to be in my opinion unless you really really enjoy simple golf games.

I have Steamworld Dig 2 - excellent
Fast RMX - OK, better as it is the only one of its type...
Stardew Valley - absolutely hated
Steamworld Heist - only just got, seems OK so far

Haven't decided what number 5 will be...

Wonder Boy III The Dragons Trap surely deserves a mention for a top indie game. It's a labour of love that actually turned out ok.

Regular (console controller) sticks would be too large for a portable I think, that's why they feel different. I got a feel for them quite quickly though and there's one or two games where I prefer to use them. If you want traditional feeling sticks the pro controller is very good, expensive but worth it if you plan to spend a lot of time playing docked.

£60 , think I'll stick with the tiny sticks.

My Nintendo switch has just arrived. Small scratch on the screen on the outer black edge. Quite difficult to see unless looking closely, worth returning over that?

I'd return it. A scratch would bother me, just knowing it's there on a new console would annoy me.

Anyone tried Nine Parchments?

I am looking for a local coop game to play with my son ( we have a switch each) and we did enjoy Diablo on the PS4.....this looks similar......

I am loving my time with Skyrim on the Switch. Played it a lot on holiday in handheld but now that I am home again it's a mixture of TV and handheld. When I played it on the 360 I pretty much just blasted through the main story but this time I am trying to explore as much as I can and picking up and completing side missions as I go. It might be an old game but it's still a great one.

Still blows my mind that I am playing this game in airports and on planes or wherever on a handheld. Good times.

Their is demo you can try I enjoyed the demo but only played it solo, I had great fun playing snipperclippers & Shovel knight coop.

Guns, Gore and Cannoli is a great little game. Zombie gangster setting in the 1920 prohibition era.

Played this before good fun.

Watch some videos looks a bit basic and easy ? Or was that just the levels i watched?

Edit: After reading a review it sounds more in-depth I might get this once i complete shovel knight.

Finally finished Mario Odyssey with our wee man. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed it, though he was more focussed on just trying to finish the main game and not explore to try and get every moon.

Good going. Some of those last moons were such a pain!
