January Transfer Window 2017/18

Yeah but they've pretty much got the league won already.

City are playing the victim card here and it's comical, because they would never offer more money to sign someone, right? Maybe he's remembered he doesn't actually like Guardiola after all.

No, it’s money. He won’t win any more at united than he has at Arsenal.
we won more than Arsenal and City last season, no reason why over the next two or three years Utd cant win the EPL or something

Goes to City and he wins a league medal in 5 months....its absolutely about money.

Seeing as nigh on every pundit has already given the league this season to City - Sanchez will be like an afterthought if / when they win it

Again and?

He still wins the league and if you had to put money on next season youre backing City over United.

That and there is the Pep connection, the nice football they play etc.

I'm struggling a bit with the Pep connection (and yes it does appear Sanchez wanted to play for him), they didn't really have a great time at Barcelona.

Laugh away. You’re not winning the league for a long time and you won’t win the champions league either. That leaves domestic cups, which he won at Arsenal.

We literally just won the Europa League. OK it's not as good as the Champions League, but it's better than the FA Cup. Let's see if Arsenal can win it this season if it's so easy.

In all honesty as great as Sanchez is, how much does he actually improve that city team? Putting him on the rumoured £400k a week that he is looking for, paying him over and above what everybody else at the club is on sets a bad precedent.

I think he'd be much more integral to Man Utd than he would City. Having said that though he really doesn't strike me as a Jose player... he is too careless in possession, too much of a maverick, despite his obvious flair and ability. Its a very strange one.

I'll be sad to see him go, but I think the move makes sense for Arsenal at this point, especially if we can get Mkhitaryan as part of the deal.

But you won’t be in it to win it again, you’ll be in the champions league. Sanchez won’t get a medal for last years europa league.

Based on his performance levels from the 2nd half of last season, he not only doesn't improve City, he barely improves Utd. Whether it be in the wide areas or through the middle, Sterling, Sane, Martial, Lingard, Jesus, Aguero and Lukaku have all out performed him.

Lol. Barca, PSG or City for this years CL.
Nobody told you? Liverpool are beating Barca in the final and Coutinho will be sat in the directors box and will have to watch Salah, Mane and Firmino doing their Brazilian dances around the trophy in the middle of the pitch.
