These crazy laws have made certain people lose touch with reality and rational thinking. Think about the situation with no guns involved (i.e. how it would go down over here). It would've been over after the shove and some words exchanged; maybe a few punches but someone would've run over and broken the fight up pretty quick before anyone got really hurt. The country's gun laws and acceptance of this kind of violence are out of control. The existence of the law that says this is okay is saying "it is okay to shoot people". So they do. I cannot comprehend how someone can shoot with intent to kill after only being pushed to the ground, and the pusher then retreats. That's not rational.
If you want to kill someone specific because you hate them or maybe they looked at you funny, all you need to do is provoke them enough to push you and you can lawfully gun them down!
