Amazon's exec team sent another £50 to my Amazon account.

Did the original £40 get delivered to an account that doesn't exist?

Thanks very much for your screen grabs but all that takes me to is my orders with little drop down help topics trying to palm me off to other topics and pages. No chat link. Even Google can't supply me a direct link to live web chat.

Log in to Amazon, go to the Help link at the bottom of the page.

Then go to Need more help > Contact Us.

Lastly pick stuff at the bottom until you get the option to live chat
