It requires a single complaint and if it’s deemed a hate crime, it must be investigated as per the legislation. If there’s merit, which clearly there was since he was sentenced by the judiciary, then you should have no reason to be moaning about it.

I think you would be surprised just how wrong you are. I get it, you think because the state has done something then they must have had actual moral and legal grounds to do so, but unfortunately it isn't that simple. You should look in to his story more, you have obviously only a tiny bit of the information about it and therefore you are very much mistaken.

He taught a dog to do a Nazi salute, he wasn't going up to Jewish people and Nazi saluting them, there's a massive difference between finding subjective matter offensive and a person actually being offensive
