I’m a Rockstar Expert and a Rockstar gamer like you. I’ll be happy to help you out today

Sorry to hear you're having issues with this, you're certainly not the first person I've interacted with having the same problem!

It does seem that there's an issue with this at the moment. We've reported it to the Rockstar team and are waiting to hear back on a solution.

Until we hear back from them or they officially announce a workaround I'm afraid there isn't anything we can suggest to fix this.

Some people have reported that deactivating anti virus or similar protection fixes the issue, you can try this but it's not an official fix.

The best thing to do now is to keep an eye on the Rockstar channels as any fix it workaround will be updated there first:

Sorry for the hassle this is causing, I'm experiencing the same thing!

Thanks,

Ryan"

If this does not resolve your issue, please reply to your ticket via email or at https://support.rockstargames.com/dashboard

If you do not respond to the expert or your ticket within 48 hours, we will consider your issue resolved.

Ah well, you can't be angry now as Ryan is a gamer just like you and is having the same issues...!

I look forward to getting home later and rolling the dice to see if I get to play.

How can this happen yet again (loading issues etc). Reason I never pre order anything and happy to wait till issues are ironed out and prices fall. Especially since this game is a year old anyway. (don't care what platform it comes out on. Its still an old game)

Boys will my Mx440 with zip tie fan mod be ok?

Seems like a crusher but bet there's lots of settings at ultra with diminishing returns that are hampering performance.

No doubt some optimisation in the coming months.

Never played a red dead game, recommended? How large is campaign in hrs if not doing side missions(I need to stay focused lol)?

Lol.......

R* went in dry with the PC master race this time round.

Would have at least expected the performance to be much better given that the graphics overall aren't hugely better.

66 average at 1440p with a 2080ti. Nope. There's no optimisation patches going to address performance some 50% under where it should be if that guru3d slide is to be believed.

I’ve got mine set to the higher end of balanced and it rarely drops below 100.

Still looks great.

Had it on my OLED but the whole K+M adds another level of experience, especially in first person. Can’t aim for **** with a controller personally.
