Ralph Hasenhuttl is a very good manager. I know their League position might not show it but Southampton are a very good side. If they can add some more individual quality to their side they'll climb the table very quickly.

They could do a hell of a lot worse. If you look at Southampton's squad, it's one of the weakest in the League.
